This is a black parallelepipedon in a yellow field
The enigma of the fields. Unknow a shape.
Consider the idea of a black storehouse in a yellow field. Charred walls. Painted walls. Walls smudged in black ash.
Maybe consider an unreal crop.
Or consider, observe, establish, evaluate an above-ground pool. Which would be an odd find, right here in the middle of a field, but then again, that structure in the middle distance has got to be something...
An absurd, alienating game developed as part of the Briefs series, a gold extra project with additional support by Strange Scaffold.
Optimized for full view and smartphones.

Hm.
Let be be finale of seem.
"what did i just play"Imagine a labyrinth of shadows, where enigmatic shapes materialize in the darkness, and a game called "This is a Black Parallelepipedon in a Black Field" beckons. It's an experience that defies conventions, a surreal odyssey where ambiguity reigns supreme. Players navigate an abyss of uncertainty, challenged to decipher cryptic clues hidden within the obsidian expanse. The allure lies not in its clarity but in its enigmatic nature—each interaction a brushstroke on a canvas of intrigue. Its brilliance emerges not from explicit rules but from the sheer audacity to challenge the ordinary, leaving players in a state of bewildered awe.
This experience. This beautiful experience is like an interactive/diet version of "House of leaves". "the darkness conferred to words printed on a page when one noun alone is marked in a different color" got me in particular. I love the rabbit holes you can fall down by going into the dark and clawing your way back up to the sunlight and the field of wheat. I'm so confused, yet lulled -- the prose is juuuust unsettling enough to drag you across the line of terror and comfort.
Is there a way out?
thank you For creating this! I believe in the parallelepipedon!
I'm incredibly confused by what I just played. And yet, Thank you for the experience.
I had little Idea of what was going on but i think i enjoyed it??? The whole thing just seems so niche in a weird way, I love it. the credit screen made me like the dev's though. (Wheat grows and grows and grows, vertiginously.)
I love this. thank you for making it.
Is there a way to play it a second time? When I re-load the page, I'm still at the credits. The 'Back' button works, but... I don't want to click it three hundred times.
I have very little idea of what is going on, but I love it.
(The perfect blue summer sky reigns.)
this is so confusing wtf. i love it
Thank you! Confusing in a compelling way was the goal!
That was very cool! I think I solved two puzzles, but that last one... I just don't know!
For the endgame stretches... believe in yourself! Can't really go wrong. I'm really glad you liked it!
wh
that is *exactly* the vibe i was going for, thank you thank you :p
